I'm in "yamama"s head BIG-time, as evidenced once again, here LOL

Start actually contributing training advice, develop some credibility. Currently you have none as someone who even lifts more than typing fingers. At this point you're bluto's soul-mate when it comes to trolling. U 2 are my favorite keyboard warriors however. ;)

We have not spoke in ages, why would you be in my head? Mega wishful thinking there Rumpy.

Secondly who was the homo who when he became training Mod asked me to post about HIT training, you  did not doubt my knowledge then.

The problem is not personal so let's not go there, Bluto (who is a dick) is a better Mod and knows more than you, I believe you need to be replaced, now deal with it.
