What do you do to motivate yourself ?

When I get in a slump and don't feel like going to the gym I look at my fat friends and say I don't want to be like that.

been a bit slack last 12 months

decided 8 weeks ago to hit it 5 days a week

getting up early at 4.45 am and training before work

some days i don't feel like it but just get into it

soon as you are pumped it's all go

I look at old pics of myself from when I was mobidly obese, as opposed to my current state of being mildly obese (but improving).
