Why bodybuilders say Dorian was more dominant!
« on: December 07, 2008, 05:00:24 PM »
yes, Dorian was more dominant than Ronnie.
Dorian won near 90% of his shows and never placed even 3rd.
All of the competitors say that Dorian was more dominant than Ronnie and that his personality was solid.

The people who competed with both of them say that
"Dorian was more dominant", they called him unbeatable, if Ronnie was much better then how come
bodybuilders who competed with both say Dorian was better?

Flex wheeler raised Dorian's hand at the 1993 Olympia, where Flex was his best ever!
After flex said that Dorian is unbeatable.
Dorian crushed him.  In 1999 Ronnie barely beat Flex, then Flex turned around, and raised his hand saying he was number 1.

1999 flex was bigger than the 1993. would have given yates more problems...given yates was a complete mess his last 2-3yrs...even badder than an injuried Ronnie who should have worked on deal more those last 2-3 yrs.  yates even said ronnie was better in the end. yates need all the muscle clumped on him. built like s##t.  people complain about jay who is a better looking bber than yates will ever be.

1993 Flex was superior to 1999, make no mistake.  In 1999, he was heavier, but not in near the condition of 1993.  Then there is the obvious synthol.  Some of the pics from 1993 of Flex, especially the Arnold of that year, are truly awesome!  Sad really, that he seemingly peaked in his first year as a pro.  We never really saw what he was capable of.  Put any year of Dorian against 1999 Flex, and Flex gets demolished.  If you could have transplanted Dorian's work ethic and drive into Flex Wheeler's body, I can only imagine the awesome creation it would make for.

I don't know about that. Flex at the 99 English GP looked insane - in my opinion, better than at the 93 Mr. Olympia.

I believe the 1993 incarnation of Flex Wheeler could have used a bit more size and density.  He was lacking slightly there.  However, with his small joints and full muscle bellies, coupled with career best conditioning, he was pretty impressive.

I may be wrong here, but aren't those pics from the 93 Ironman or ASC?

ASC, I think.  I believe he was slightly less conditioned at the Mr. O that year, although still very good.
