Ive seen your training pic with  those massive 16 kg ::) dumbell lunges. Thats a waste of time you know that coach? and when i see your joker face doing that set, wow the intensity.

lunges are great with a barbell that is, stay out of this thread if you dont like, your mouth is closed.

I heard this story from my grandma that lifting heavy shit from the floor can affect your abdomen, groin area and testicles power, any truth to this myth?
