you should either lean forward more, or come back a little upright, your slight gyno is right on the edge of the bottom of your pecs here and it messes with the aesthetics of your most muscular.

milos style plus heavy weights now and then.training milos style helps with all my injuries and for me it works,year round!!!

thats 2 days out of contest in atlantic city you dont need weight at that stage.

Good to see you on boards Marcos, your showing in 08 was positive. You should consider doing the Australian pro show in March.. get the year off on a good start.

i would love it,but i start prep in january for new york.also australia is a trip that i cannot afford!!we bodybuilders earrn so much money!!!!!!!!..........

that gym is amazing, just havig the pictures on the wall..just that is amazing. im gonna start bugging the two gyms i go to and see if i can get em to let me put up some posters on the walls. one of em is realy small gym with not alot of members and its more hardcore... so i bet theyll let me.
