Hey Guys rather new to this board Hello to everyone, well i would like to share my anxiety experiences and hope someone has some answers and help me with my problem. Well i have had 1 big and 2 small anxiety attacks over this year i have learned to control it and i have learned several things to help me with the anxiety like exercises meditation 5HTP, GABA NO xanax and it goes away completly but sometimes when i am eating my anxiety level raises. It raises sometimes when i eat, Always raises when i have to much caffeine or a nitric oxide supplement ,when i get un upset stomach or get sick, when i did a H-Drol cycle which i was on it for 9 days@ only 25mg and espcially when i drink ALCOHOL.
My anxiety this year has been panic and afraid to loose control. nowadays they are anxiety nausia attacks afraid of passing outI I feel i get pail i think my blood level lowers and then i panic .This change may have been becuase i was really well 3 months ago perfect, took some blood out for testing my cholesterol level and i panic and passed out :)what an asss yes i know but since that day my anxiety has been like this just nausia.
