gives you a boost cause of water retention... suposedely it helps building MORE muscle mass QUICKER because you have more energy in your muscles and feel like you can lift more...cool...but....
in the end people build very little muscle mass, not even half what is advertised anyway, and as soon as you stop you figure you re losing way more than you would expect in the firstplace. Cause 95% of it is water retention.
with experience as a natural you dont even need this anymore and you focus on building real muscle quicker in a more effective way cause you know your body better and how it reacts to different diets, training schedules and rest...no need for any "help"... and the results doesnt evaporate like when you stop the external help...
