It´s not the gym that will built up your muscles.....it´s all up to you.....i trained in more than 300 gyms worldwide (all continents, except Australia)....

also with pure equipment in very old gyms...in cuba, in africa.....when the training starts it doesn´t matter where you are, it´s only You against the iron and how much you are willing to give....

that being said it would be nice to hear your experiences from different gyms as far as hot bitches and such

There's a private gym we visited up in the hills of Hollywood off Mulholland Drive that is damn spectacular. It's located by a huge pool on the grounds of a huge estate overlooking the San Fernando Valley and some big lake that I never even knew existed in the Beverly Hills residential area on the south side.

I helped deliver some equipment there a couple of months ago and we were met at the front gate and escorted inside by a couple of huge gorilla type bodyguards who would not tell us who owned the place. The main residence is huge and overlooks the pool and tennis courts and the weight room.

The gym ( over 3,000 square feet at least) was totally equipped and beyond description.

We expect that it was the home of one of the top rap recording artists or an owner of one of the major studios or recording companies.

The place even had a small helicopter and a huge landing area but I understand that it has not been used a lot due to local residents complaints.

We asked the gorillas if we could train their when we made our next delivery and he said, "I'll check with the boss. He just might approve while he's away, otherwise don't expect to get an invitation."

The Training Center in Delaware. Chalk flyin', ppl saying f-in bad words, 80's/90's hardcore music going on....gotta luv it! (302)328-LIFT.

My 2nd choice is Strong and Shapely Gym in NJ. Hey Bob!

These days I train at Planet Fitness here in Florida. At the end of the day, just get it done & be the best that you can be.
