Which Version of Dorian was Better in 1993??..

During his last interview Dorian was asked why didn't he compete at the same shape and weight (269 pounds) of his famous black and white gym photos which had been taken few weeks before Mr. O. 93 as he looked very impressive.. Dorian answered that although he looked impressive he had needed to drop about 12 pounds to get more details onstage.. What do you guys think??.. which version was better??..

so u think he had to compete at 269 pounds?.. u r right abt the light but still i believe his legs couldn't be at their best in terms of sharpness and hardness at his heavy version..

To think he competed at 269 pounds in 1997 and looked to be light years away from his former 1993 self. Actually, I read that he had competed at a show in England about a month before the 1993 Mr. Olympia, at a bodyweight of 275 pounds. Would have loved to have seen that.

big diff. bet. his 269 of 1993 and his 269 of 1997.. in 97 he ws injured and exhusted from illness.. also coz of his injury he stopped training for 3 weeks b4 the show which made him look smaller than what he would be..

sure part of it ws fats.. it's very clear from his legs and back.. still he would win hands down with his heavier version..

Nice work Sherief, Dorian was Fantastic in 1993, his condationing was spot on for the Olympia that year, i still beleave his 1995 Condation was the best he ever brought to a BB stage @ a higher bodyweight.

He looked better in real life. You just had to be there. It was unbelievable and amazing. Photos just don't do him justice.

He looks great in the shots on the left for an offseason look, but you can tell there's a huge difference in the way he looked onstage - looks more polished, conditioned, separated and drier compared to the offseason condition, plus his taper is more pronounced too. End of the day, bodybuilding isn't about size alone, as you all know.
