last august i was lean enough to wear a 32 but now im wearing a 36..although i can gte into 34 if i lay down and zip em up but they are tight as hell

Want pics from my closet?  :D  When I was in the Army, I was in a 36. I wear it around the small part of my hip bones though too, remember that. Below my love handles and belly button.

just because you have size 38/40 jeans doesn't mean they fit or that your waist is really 38/40, no offense but your waist is easily 50 inches from seeing pics of you.

Around my belly button, it is 45" which is the fattest part. I dont wear my pants that high.

im a 34 when im dieted down and a 38 when im not dieted down,its depressing.im starting to keep my bodyfat in check now cause i think all those years of getting heavy/fat in the winter then trying to do 10,000 hours of cardio aday and almost starving to death to get back in shape isnt very good.i like being lean and im sure most of you do also,ya just feel better everyday and you feel in a better mood and more confident imo
