First cycle: deca and test

Can you guys help me with the above.

I want to know the best combination of test and deca for a beginner...

Really know nothing about this..so pls verify.

(should be deca and test only since that's all i can find here)

wk 1-12 deca 200mg/wk
wk 1-16 test 500mg/wk

wk 19 start PCT

PCT should consist of HCG, nolva and/or clomid.

Don't use clomid, will fuck up your vision permanently. Do your research on it.

True it can. However, I've noticed that in a "light" dose you may get some "tracers" but they go away after you stop.

I have only got slight blurred peripheral vision and that was at 150mg so went down to 100mg and
was good nothing permant though.

I had tracers at 100mg & 150mg...at 50mg nothing. However, any dose of Clomid gives me fucked up dreams.

i didnt know that. i thought it was the accutane or just aging but maybe it was the clomid that contributed to me not having as clear vision. does anyone have any other important information like that about common aas that will F you up? i heard cabergoline is bad for the heart

I would appreciate if you can describe the post cycle treatment. I really know nothing about it. and I have no clue about "HCG, nolva and/or clomid". I'll try to find out if they are available here....

You can use clomid successfully at doses as low as 25mg ed. Clomid problems are over rated, and the drug works much better than nolva for PCT.

I agree. A lot of people use too much of it which is where the sides come into play.  You can get great results with 25-50mgs, not much need to go over that for our purposes.
