Whats your opinion on not locking out on specific muscle groups?
For example chest (any press movement),
some tricep movements,
leg presses and squats.
By not locking out i dont mean 3 inch rom, i mean stop slightly before locking (do the full rom but stop before you lock and continue the set, keeping the tension).
