why do i have tons of blue veins all over me...but very few thick veins? i have semi thick veins on my forearms and on one bicep...they are thin though...not super thick...my blue veins are in all the places i see thick veins on bodybuilders

whats going on

your not lean enough. thats all


try not having as much added sodium. cut out dairy almost completely . eliminate extra sugar under 5 grams per meal ..

vascularity is determined by genetic also. Look at Jay Cutler, huge/low bf and no veins.
