goals are pointless, we could all be dead tomorrow. haha no but seriously in bodybuilding i like setting goals. goals to be stronger, bigger, more lean, etc. but life in general, i tend to think getting fixated on the future takes my focus off of the present and then time swoops by me cause im not concerned with the here and the now. i do not think it's healthy to live life based on future expectations. we live in a goal obsessed society, i dont like it.

at the moment 20 inch arms would be cool
4 and a half plate bench in the distant future
six and a half plate pull would be cool
better strenth on incline.... barbell my best is 3 plates for 3  - 4 reps
better military and dumbell press

5 plate dead
Bring my squat poundages up closer to my dead

I want to dress up as the hulk for halloween and the only prop needed will be green body/face paint and old clothes that became too small.
