bloating cuased by arginine????

friends,
i ve been taking 3 gms of arginine before workout since 2 wks and i dont know im feeling very puffed and bloated in my abdomen.. what can be the cause and what to do???

irritable bowel syndrome, however more NO would should decrease symptoms, so nevermind.

Is it just arginine you are taking?

Maybe you should try a different Arginine supplement.
