not eating fat at night=no fat gain...we have to eliminate somethign right im guessing fat. we want to keep high energy and long awake time on diet right now be lethargic and thinking about sugar might aswell feed that craving
simply replacing sugar cravings with protien just doesnt feel right and leave you thinking about sugar, wich IMO is an unbalanced way to diet, because we want to maintain our leanness not lose it. and we dont want our leanness to be temporary or a factor of dryness and not pure fat
as apposed to having more fat in the pm wich doesnt give you that insulin spike to keep you awake..
by eating beans or grapejuice and a plain english muffin , u can stay up later ASWELL as waking up EARLIER the next day automatically u dont feel the need. to sleep as long . as apposed to in the pm hours low carbing and going to sleep earlier because of low insulin and most of the time sleeping longer because the insulin level at night on a lower carbed pm diet leaves you more catabolic thus wanting to 'conserve' and sleep longer because of low insulin levels.
we all know from our years of existance that when we get less sleep we tend to look dryer also
but when we sleep a long time we loose some muscle tightness and dont look as dry, but smaller and flatter
we all know that from a night from drinking the next day may look pumped and dry and feel very hot temp wise of course thats if you dont over do it and drink just the right amount
the goal for me right now is maximizing my awake time and fatloss
on many fatloss diets ive tried especially low carb, i could lose fat but wouldnt have as much awake time because of the low carbs and would be craving sugars, and by eating protien to offset that craving simply doesnt feel right shoveling in that protien when you really want and crave sugars
