Trying to Harden Up/Slim Down

I have been working out since 14. I am 33 now.  I am 5, 8" and weigh 192 lbs. I have all the muscle I need, but trying to slim down 12-15 lbs.  I have tried everything over the counter and it isn't working.  I work out 5 days a week for 1 hour 20 minutes.  I'm not a hard core workout guy, but I do know what I'm doing, even competeted on ameteur teen circut. 

I'm serious about my body, but not a hardcore bodybuilder.  I have these ingestibles and want to know what is best to do.  Can someone qualified and experienced help me?

Liothyronine (200 mcg/ml 60 ml)
Clenbuterol USP (100 mcg/ml)

Drops for both.

Do I stack or not?

How many drops of each or one at a time?

How often do I cycle?

I'm not trying to bodybuild, trying to slim down, harden up, and not over or under do it...any suggestions please?
