I see her as more of an engineered train wreck. She isn't taken seriously as an actress, so she parties as high profile as she can. When nobody notices her anymore because she's on the wrong side of 25, she does a stint in rehab so everyone's talking about her again.

She'll emerge in a month with some new refined image, ready to be taken seriously as an actress. If that doesn't work, more rehab.

Seriously, it's just like "ooh, I hear ronnie and shawn ray are coming back to do the arnold and the short mr O class next year..." right before MD and BSN re-sign their deals. Tara Reid is trying to stay relevant, and in the spotlight. Or maybe i'm wrong, and she's just a junkie whore... that's cool too@!

True however consider 2 bad plastic surgeries as well. If she spent less years partying and more working she'd be much better off.

I remember hearing her a long time ago on Howard Stern's radio show. She was such an obnoxious potty mouth. The type of chick who thinks that because she's hot she has the God given to act like an a-hole.

Nah you're right that's the way Hollywood/Celebs work and the media eat it up.

She's famous for what? American Pie?
