Paul's forearms weren't his standout bodypart, but they weren't that shabby either. And his biceps were hardly average - they were nearly on par with his triceps and were very full, with good peak and great size. Check out his front double biceps and you'll see.

Yep, it was 95 and it was mainly because he was holding a bit of water that made for poor conditioning, same as Mike Francois in the same contest.
