Gold toe makes some good socks.  make sure you get the reinforced heel and toe type

I wear the Hanes brand with the reinforced toe/heel, but still wear out the heels first. :(

"Gold Toe" makes good socks that last surprisingly long. Get some from that brand.  ;)

My socks never wear out but they tend to rip when I pull them up- I guess its from bleaching the piss out of them  :)
