Coach, you going to be doing something like this the following year? I'm moving down to that area this summer, and i'm going to be wanting to get back in serious shape following a minor surgery (getting my hip scoped) that will take care of problem that has slowed me down the last two years. We used to do stuff like that for track all the time, it was great. those conditioning workouts had me running a mile in 4:50. Not great for a high school miler (which i wasn't), but pretty damn good for a high school sprinter (which i was).
