I would but I have a pretty bad hangnail and if I get prickly heat rash it'll hurt my training which is like 1000x more intense than yours.

If my grand prize winning dog hadn't chewed up my camera when I left him alone my $24m house while I took the Concord to Tokyo for a night on the town with my supermodel girlfriends, I'd show you how it's done.

Used to do that all the time. I had a pad up on Poinsettia. Have you been to the sand dune park out on the way to Malibu. We used to ride cardboard down at both places. Lots of fun going down, hell of a hike going up

Don't hate the messenger...I just emailed this thread to Gogins and he wrote me back saying such things...

He also said he would put up a million dollars that he would do whatever Coach does and also do it for 48 straight hours after Coach was exhausted...

I use to have to do that shit all the time. Part of pre season football training was doing "the sand dunes".

Damn tough...i remember quite a lot of the guys showing what they ate for breakfast...

Haven't been there. I think that might be a little far for most of my clients.
