HAD A GOOD TIME AT THE SHOOTING RANGE.

had a good vacation and relax time out of the gym.... needed this break after my LONG pre. for my last show......

 during my vacation i visited O2 gym which is the BEST gym in Gulf Area located in kuwait and they use to bring PRO bodybuilders and Still.... and i visited the shooting club which was the BEST PART coz after the shooting u feel really GOOOOOD ;D

 just started my Workouts after 4 weeks OFF :D and use to eat ANY thing ANY time ;)

This recent picture firing a weapon is not helping. It is just a further perpetuation of negativity.

Hence, you will 'never' receive a Pro card.

 NO i didnt aske him, but i did ask my local federation to do that coz they just got me BACK to the IFBB and working on the final papers now  :P
