OK have your in law watch the baby. Then get a limo to take your wife out to a spa. On the seat have a nicely wrapped box with a nice dress and some flowers. on a note write "wear this after you get pampered" (or something to that effect). Let her relax and have a full spa day, manicure, pedicure, facial (not that kind perv),massage etc, then a light meal with one indulgence, (truffle with champagne).
While she is gone, get the house cleaned. and you go out get a haircut or get nicely groomed. The limo takes her to a restaurtant for dinner (maybe the place of your proposal or first date, or a nice place that is sentimental to you both. Wait for her outside with a gift (flowers or diamond pendant or earings) as she gets out give her the gifts, then take your hand cradle her her face and kiss her as if you were making love. Pulling her forward to you with your other hand resting on the small of her back. Her kind of love not the porn kiss you think of when making love lol. Then as you pull back tell her how you feel, something like "Just a little something for the woman who has given me everything" Have dinner, talk about HER day.
Go home and kick your in-law out, then let her have time with the kid, then you both settle in to either snuggle on the couch/bed or do what ever comes to mind.
