How many pounds of fat do you have to lose before you're contest shape?

we're talking 4% or below bodyfat, how many pounds do you gotta lose?
I have about 15 pounds before I hit below 4%.

it's funny how we all think we don't have much to lose, most people underestimate how much fat they have on their body.
then they start losing it and that 10 pounds becomes 45 pounds hahahaha.

higher now, probably.  I'm feelin solid as hell... but I'm flirting with 200, so I know there's a mite bit of fat on that.

Ronnie Coleman gained close to 30 pounds one year yet still came in relatively close to the 5% mark...

Hormones are a hellava drug :D
