all the BS supplements you've purchased in your life, how much do you estimate you would get paid? These could include marketing gimmicks you fell for, something someone told you about in the gym, a product the guy or gal at the nutrition store sold, etc.

Not a whole lot. Less than 50 bucks.
I have only had protein powder and creatine.

I haven't taken a supplement in 2 years and have not noticed a decline in my physique.

I bought that bsn nitrix and I agree it didn't do shit. However, I did use the MRI NO2 and saw decent results, nothing spectacular but it wasn't a waste of money.
