What's a typical hourly chargeout rate that an LLB would charge in Southern California? I guess you can get a discount rate if you find one who hasn't yet passed the bar? Are there different rates for bar-failures depending on how many times they have attempted but failed? Finally, what if the LLB is working as a substitute teacher and not repaying his student loans - does that further decrease the fees he can charge?

Most have pre-paid legal which runs about $75-125/month.

Just trying to find affordable legal services for bodybuilders. It does not have to be professional advice from someone who has passed the bar, and can very well be from someone who works as a substitute teacher and lives with his mom.

LLB's- Oh brother, not this shit again. No such thing as LLB's in USA. A US attorney has a JD and may have an LLM. That's it since we got out from under Great Britain's thumb. I don't think Kentucky Cowboy is from Kentucky at all. If fact, I guarantee he is actually Paul Hubb and should abbreviate his gimmick to just K-Y Cowboy.

So far I'm leaning towards Mr. Hupp; I'm just not sure of his hourly rate yet. Barry Zuckerkorn looked promising except for the fact that he seems like the type of bastard who actually repays his student loans and that is something unnacceptable in a potential attorney in my opinion.

Preferrably it should be a beater. If the attorney can afford a nice car he or she is likely charging too much to us bodybuilder clients. Do you know what type of vehicle this Mr. Hupp drives?
