Actually Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, etc. are VERY nice places to live.

South Orange county is very nice and VERY middle class.  Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Juan Capistrano.  North Orange County, Newport areas suck.  Costa Mesa is a shit hole.  Anaheim and Santa Ana are crowded and filled with Mexicans.  South Orange County is the last stand for the white man!  LOL.

Yeah you're right.  It's fucking pathetic.  Hence why I refuse to live by the beach.  I don't even like going to Laguna Beach.  It's always crowded.  I can only imagine what this place looked like 200 years ago.  I'm 5 minutes from Cleveland National Forest.  It's nice.  I can go clear my head and feel like I'm in the middle of nowhere.  There is very much a dichotomy in California.  But you  know what NYCbull?  All the people that want to protect the environment, create greenbelts are usually labeled as "liberals" and "hippies" etc..  I love the Sierras.  They are beautiful.  California really used to be a wonderful place to live circa late 20th early 21st century.  What's sad is California is pretty much a microcosm of the direction the rest of the US is headed.  I moved out here from Colorado.  Another beautiful state.
