starchy/slow foods like bread rice fats even meat slow down the metabolism
i would say that beans are in the middle cause they stick around in the body less than the above foods
when drinking grapejuice in large amounts the more you drink the more closer you are to having to take a sh1t.
also since being on low fat, i get fairly cold even when my thermostat is set at 66 i feel like i need to wear a sweatshirt or 2
i find this interesting what is going on with my body right now.
so since i was cold i had some beans and some hot salsa with it, that certainly raised my core temp a few degrees , instead of having to turn up the heat
i would also get warmer if i ate some fats but i dont want to add fat to my body to keep warm of course i think i have a bad fat metabolism , meaning if i eat fat i store it. if i eat carbs with juices the food does not stay in my body long . when i go over 64 ounces of grapejuice a day i will have to shi1t 3-4 times a day, i guess this is bareable
i will have to cut out pm grapejuice drinking , because like i said it makes me have to sh1t, so maybe just beans in the pm
im just updating in hopes maybe you have discoverd some things and learn from my trials or help me learn
