Yeah he was talking about it on the positive board.

Mostly about how he is able to maintain an elite level physique while dealing with other commitments such as business, family, travel and an overall busy and hectic schedule.

He put alot of hard work into making the DVD, should definitely be an interesting watch.

In all honesty...What's left to see on these videos ? Haven't we seen it all? I mean if these Pros want to take us into their worlds ? Then they should be honest about their cycles ,,shoot up on camera and keep it real ...Until then ..It's just some juice monkey eating clean.throwing some weight around ,,then bullshitting and saying it's all hard work and dedication ,taking care of your body.
