I like the menu at McDonalds better. I confess, I had fast food (McDonalds) 6 times this year; all 6 times were during November.

I was out with my 2 little ones doing sum shopping and they were hungry and didn't have din din, so i got us all happy meals 20mins later i had shits so bad it stunk up my living room and that's only one cheeseburger.

Burger King hands down. I usually eat Fast Food 5-7 times a week along with the meals I cook. Sometimes I even hit a few different ones a day. For Instance, yesterday I ate 2 Cheeseburgers from Burger King, then a few hours later I got a Chick-Fila Fried Sandwhich.

Oh did I mention I stay lean year round. You guys who are scared to eat fast food are just ignorant.

Also, the 3 leading 3-star Michelin chefs,(the food equivalent to the Sandow), in the world at El Bulli, Alinea and The Big Fat Duck all agree that fast food is impossible to beat for taste and is considered gourmet.

They are using the fast food techniques in their own cooking for their tasting menus, using Maltodextrin and other flavor enhancers. Fast Food rules.
