this dudes chest has that super square low bodyfat dry look arms look crazy , low bodyfat adding all sorts of new dimensions and crazy cuts all over his abs

johnny falcon will achieve this rippness very soon , i have very high bodyfat jelly rolls on my lower abs and buttox but im all creatine just like the guy above. im going to go a few months of low fat diet and beans and cereal diet

thats what im saying. All he has to do is to stay consistant with what he s been doing until now, with or without creatine, and over the years more details and muscle density/maturity will come.  

But it looks like he s not happy with the way he looks, he sounds frustrated about it and obssesively  compulsive about finding "new" techniques, ways to change his physique in order that it looks like models you see in magazines.
