Can anyone help me to load videos onto my MP3 player?

I just bought a Sansa MP3 and player can't figure out how to sync videos to it, it syncs them but they don't play. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This is hard, I keep falling asleep at the computer. Anyone with a good program would be appreciated.

i have a sansa. when u buy it there is a program that comes with it that u install on your comp. it converts all media so you can upload onto your mp3.
take a look for that.
