Great to have you here Mike, and what an inspiration to see you that you continued to compete.  I've seen people give up and fall into depression over much less.

It's interesting how your "other" half does not really lag much - do you think the body naturally grows both halves somewhat even when you can only train one?

that sounds like a better breakfast than i had, i'm being put up in a B&B over in the westend ( i'm homeless at the moment) and the breakfast consisted of a kellogs corn flakes box from the kids multi packs, and the smallest carton on milk i've ever seen 

i'll be skinnypanda if they can't find me a house soon

You are in great shape mate - props. After your accident, did your left arm's strength go up a lot more as per the "law of compensation" theory? I'm just curious as to whether it kicks in in cases such as yours (where an accident leads to the loss of a limb) as it does in those who are born with a similar physical condition.

for sure, yes my left arm strenght up,
perhaps i have to keep the symetric in the back because i trained before, i don't know.but now i try always to trained the right side as i do.
