When Arnold went to train with Arthur Jones he quit after 1 workout because he couldn't handle the intensity!

Arnold said something along the lines of "That level of intensity is not necessary why would I want to experience it?"

Arnold said he hated training legs...but M ike loved training legs...so Mike would push him.
