I'll disregard any BS stuff about him as possible.

Some of THE best quads in the business. Mass monster, and allegedly CRAZY strong. His leg workouts very legendary in Yorkshire.

I wasn't aware Harrison was nicknamed "Hitman". Or am I missing something?

I'll argue his quads are some of the BEST ever.

I know a little of most stuff, he was a Heavy Front squat guy and that shit done over 500lb will blow out the front of the thighs.Fukka had a little trouble walking with all that mass.Only other with what looked like trouble walking Platz ,Big Ronnie and a few others. When Hitman entered a room his Quad would enter 1st.

He wrote a few articles on Trevor Smith's site very early on.

Turned pro at 19! The year after Dorian did at the British Champs.

I think the competition in the 90's probably made it hard, he would have done better around 2001-2004.

I remember his Quads having exactly the same shape when he was a Junior. He had some major Knee injuries around this time also.

THIS IT?

Ian Harrison, 1995 San Jose Pro Invitational, Third Place
CYCLED TRICEPS WORKOUTS
My best triceps results come from a heavy/medium/light rotation from workout to workout. Each workout is based upon a 15-set total, composed of three different movements of five sets each.

My heavy-day exercises are close-grip bench presses, cable pushdowns and seated behind-the-neck dumbbell extensions. Reps are six to eight per set.

For my next triceps workout, medium day, it's reverse-grip bench presses, reverse-grip one-arm cable pushdowns, then weighted dips; all for 10- to 12-rep sets.

My next triceps workout is light. Here, I do reverse-grip pushdowns, close-grip benches, then dumbbell kickbacks. These are for 15-rep sets.

I also heard he went into wrestling since it paid better (what a surprise?). That guy had it all and if only he could stomach the sport and as long as politics didn't get in the way he would have surpassed Dorian as UK's greatest bodybuilder. That guy was a total monster with a flawless structure.

Ian had the quad sweep even from the age of 17,i have a pic somewhere when he won the Junior Universe and his leg sweep was the same.He was squatting 600 at that age. Here`s a pic of him at age 20 winning the British Champs in 1989.
