I broke even.....hills and valleys all year and have ended my training on a hill.   In short, still ugly and fat.

No, I am the best I have ever been at age 43. I have let the diet go over the past 6 weeks, my so called bulking faze(very hard even at 43 for me to gain weight). I am going to try and start dieting in Feb., which for me means very little bread and no or very little sweets, and be in my best shape come April or May. I figure it is down hill from there, I will keep trying but I figure age will win out at some point.

i spent the last 14 months intentionally dropping as much upper body mass as possible to take pressure off my lower back. i have 4 bulging discs that can't pack around all the mass anymore.
my weight is the same, just sitting a little lower on my frame.
