I work quite long hours so im pretty shattered before training so i have 2 or even 3 red bulls,is this too much in terms of sugar andf fluid retention?What do you guys who work hard jobs do for pre workout boosts?
I drink 1 on occasion for a boost, but 3 or 4 before every workout seems excessive.
A regular small cup of coffee is stronger than a red bull as far as caffeine. I'd have to drink 10 red bulls to feel any boost.
years of ECA use/abuse have made RedBull a non factor to getting me "wired"
RedBull is overpriced and bull shit, I find the people that drink it on a regular basis are pretentious. The only time you will ever see me with one is when I am mixing it with Vodka.

red bulls=poisonand they taste like itthe only caffeine I drink is hot Tea. (not counting mixed drinks)
