beau matlock would have been pro imo if he didnt get the hypoglycemia type problem,that dude had great shape,size and balance.some of you ole timers prolly remember him at the nats in the early to mid 90,s,he trained at john kempers daimond gym in north jersey

First off, Mike Katz and Vic Richards were pro, so they shouldn't be on that list. ;)

I think the general consensus is Mendenhall. Way ahead of the pack.

Fletcher I cannot fathom why he was always runner-up, or lower.

Belknap was a pro, wasnt he?

Katz IMO, nothing special.

Jeff King had great neck and quads, didnt compete in IFBB, and IMO, would've been top 6 at best.

mendenhall was probably the best of that era left behind,he was like the dennis newman of his time,structure for days,shape,not super ripped but full and cut enough.he lost to some of the top pros of that era who were amateurs at the time.that pic of rory is the worst one u could have posted he is small and soft there.
