Seems to be the thing to do over there. Syntrax/S103/Derek Cornelius has named about 15 companies and probably 30 individuals in a defamation suit.

I can see the prosecuting attourney now; "So Swoll_Bro_357, did you say, and i quote 'Syntrax sux? LOL'"

Sueing posters that are actual reps of opposing companys..its the actual companys that are being sued , not the everyday forum poster.

As for the suit i spoke of, they have named companies and Individual forum posters.  Also, the suit seeks 75 MILLION in damages. i would guess that S103 is worth maybe 1/25 of that.

Ever since Kamali went on PBW years ago and threatened to sue 240 over internet posts, everyone in the bb forum world has been "sue" this and "sue" that.  ::)

Anyone who sues or threatens to sue someone over internet forum postings should have their computer taken away and their dick chopped off.

What it did was take away people's willingness to be honest, and made some of the pros looks like whiny bitches.

The same pros are still a major joke - people just use gimmicks to do it now.

I don't even bother anymore - guys like him are essentially irrelevant in the sport.   He would probably thank me for making an anti- campaign on the boards now - it'd keep him relevant at least, and ppl would be talking about him.  As it is right now, in my opinion, many fans just don't give a crap about him anymore.

Oh yeah they are Gene..but they are also reps to opposing companys so the actual companys are the ones that are being sued..

Say you or I were questioning MTs ethics or there products , they couldnt touch us being your average poster on a public forum ..
But because those posters that have been targeted are actual reps for a opposing companys MT can claim there is a hidden agenda to push there product over MTs.  :)
