Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!

We're off to Nashville this weekend to see family.  We're also meeting up with Arnold Jr for a night on the town.   8)
Not sure if I'll be training at all this weekend... I may take 4-5 days completely off and come back ready to hit it in the new year.

You too Rip have fun and a great holiday.  A few days off sounds like a productive rest.  Have fun with AJ and partying in Nashville.  :)
