The first time i saw that picture i was sure it was Photo-shopped...Then after seeing a number of Different pictures of Sergio's arms relaxed (pumped or not) it's quiet fessible that picture from 1971 is indeed Legit. :-\

When it came out to handing out full muscle bellies, and long insertion points, plus genetic response to training, etc, Sergio was 1st in line that day.

To have long full bellies in the biceps is one thing, but to have it in the tris and forearms too, is just plain unfair...

But this guy had it all.

Any pics that Mark Mills posts are what he has scanned from the magazines in his collection, and the pic of Sergio is from 1971 when he was being trained by Arthur Jones.

If I had to choose I would rather have the physique of Sergio than Arnold, mainly cause the arms ;D Also The great Arnolds legs always looked 2 years behind, but much better than me of course 8)

Darden said if Sergio's arms were smaller, they would measure bigger.  his forearm would collide with his lower bicep, preventing a full flex.
