I am starting to realise i hold ALOT of water. My face is kinda puffy and muscle definition is blurredIf i drop carbs for 2 days i can lose around 10-14 pounds (of which i assume is water)My question is should i avoid carbs? what i my body trying to tell me by hording lots of water?
Usually that it's not getting enough!The more you drink, the less you'll retain.
No medications or AASI did eat a ton of bacon the night before i noticed i looked puffy. I wonder if that had something to do with it
