b12 to netrualise the Fat

Is it truth that b12 will help to netrualise the fat? someone told me that during the praparation of the contest. he used b12 on Rectus femoris and vastus lateralis. and his leg became very ripped!!!

I've never used b12 myself but I don't think it would have a localized effect like that.  I could be wrong though.  I also wouldn't want to stick my Rectus Femoris personally.

B12 will do nothing more than cure a little malaise and possibly raise your appetite. I tried a few different kinds out of curiosity and it was all right. If I was dieting hard and my appetite was getting messed up I might look to take a little more B12. Otherwise the vials might just sit around until they expire and get trashed.
