I was drunk yesterday and I puked the whole night, so right now I am still feeling sick and I am having my first meal since I woke up 4 hours ago.
I am eating cookies, some pieces of cheese, an apple and I am drinking a Sprite.
Guys..... I never tought I would say this but I don't think I'll be able to meet my daily requirement of 400 grams of protein today.......
I feel kind of sad losing a whole day where I could have used the anabolic window.
I think I'll just quit training
