No shit the quote is from 2004, idiot. It's meant to point out that even at his largest in 2004, Jay's rear lat spread was possibly better than Coleman's. And as we can see in the above picture, his back is actually BIGGER than Coleman's in 2003! Dorian would have absolutely no problem beating Ronnie. Ron was a great champion against weak BBs (of which he lost to several), but really cannot compare with Yates.
