i'd like to challenge him to pm something you will never find online that few would know- something like last week prep- not water drop- carb up, thats the simple shit. insulin type(s)/ amounts/ timings with macro types/ amounts/ timings over x days in the last week of prep would suffice- and not generic broad stroke shit but detailed- it goes alot deeper than you would think. you can't bullshit amounts/ types/ timings of insulin on what days and the macro sources/ amounts/ timings that go with it- the only guys who would know this are not your average gym rat. you can't pull up a google search for this shit.

i say pm cause not alot of guys want to let this out of the bag.
