lima beans, black pepper, celtic sea salt, and some mustard!

when serving dont eat them when they are super hot, let them cool this brings out the flavor

you will find that this tastes better than anything and super low calorie and satisfying

just thought id pass this along

ill eat this and have 2 scoops of creatine per day. and milk cereal and bread once everyfew days to insure iodine intake and calcium

squirt regular mustard

dont buy canned beans!

make sure they are fresh

always wash rinse throughraouly after theyve soaked over night

Johnny, I'm sure I remember reading somewhere that mustard had a negative effect on the thyroid. Then again, I could be completely wrong brother.

no i make mustard at home using cuisine art.  today i used strawberrys, dry mustard, apple cidar vinegar and white wine.  and i always use dried soaked beans.  i'm not as stupid as i look   haha

na theres no way because the vineager thats present in the mustard would override anything, and is a thyroid booster
