Bent Over Two-Arm Long Bar Row
8 sets, 8 reps each one, 100% for first set, 90%, 80% etc for the following sets and the last one go back to 100% max weight
Pull ups
20 sets, 20 reps each one, you can add a some plates. In the school of the oldschoolers (the one i attended and became a teacher) we dont use plates, but our bag full of stuff (towel, water, walkman, vitamins, protein powder, anabolics, etc).
Remember, a real lifter will always carry lots of things in his bag.
Repeat this workout 3 times a week, eat healthy, add ice cream always for better pumps. I guarantee your back will be just as legendary as mine.
