Started out with Light deadlifts and I felt like I was going to die

For the first workouts back it's very tempting to go crazy. Resist that, for the first couple of workouts do not push it too hard. Nice and easy use some effort and push a little bit but not too much-you'll be sore anyway, there's no reason or gain in going further than that at first.

That's the spirit.

Gonna start too but I'm gonna start by building up the conditioning first. Gonna start running around in the blistering cold  ;D

So you had to stop lifting to get your driver's license?  Seriously?  Are you mildly retarded or something?

Yeah on my third attempt  ;D

The driving part I passed right away.

But the questions part took a while lol. 65 questions need 52 to pass.

First try = 43 correct LOL that sucked ;D

Second try 1.5 week later 51. Sucked even harder being ONE FUCKING POINT away from having my licence.

third try 53  ;D Raised my hand and yelled out "YES!!!" in the "class" lol, And I was done first so everyone looked and the "teacher" and I started to laugh haha

In preparation for the year of the ox, it is wise to be prepared. I recommend drinking ox urine as a supplement.

Thanx for repeating my advices "dan" lol you're wrong though, if he takes my advice and works out with ok intensity nothing outrageous he'll get over the soreness and back into it in about a week, not more than that. I have a feeling you're another keyboard warrior who doesn't lift.
